Rita M. Donovan (nee Ciao) passed away on Friday September 6, 2019 at Holy Redeemer Hospice in Meadowbrook after a long illness at the age of 86.

Beloved wife of William F. Donovan. Devoted mother of William F. Donovan III (Ellen) and Christopher Donovan (Margaret). Loving Mom Mom of William IV and Nicholas. Dear sister of Anthony Ciao, Fred Ciao and Theresa Ciao. Also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Sandra J. Beckler

Sandra J. Beckler (nee Mulhern) of Northeast Philadelphia passed away on Saturday August 31, 2019 at her residence after a long illness at the age of 75.

Beloved wife of 56 years to Frank Beckler. Devoted mother of Ronald Beckler (Denise), Fran Beckler (Lisa) and Sandy Beckler. Loving grandmom of Justin Beckler, Ryan Beckler, William Edinger, Daniel Strimel, Austin Beckler and Aubrey Beckler; great grandmother of Yazmin Strimel. Preceased by her siblings Joe Mulhern, Carole Mulhern, Gail Holloran and Thomas Mulhern. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Patricia Slavin (nee Kukoski) formerly of Mayfair passed away on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at the Paul's  Run Retirement Community after a lengthy illness at the age of 77.

Beloved wife of the late John F. Slavin Jr. Devoted mother of Kathleen (Joseph) LeConey and Michelle Slavin. Loving grandmother of Joey, Erin and Sean LeConey.

Cathleen C. Hubbard

Cathleen Cordelia Hubbard, 66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at her Philadelphia home surrounded by her loving family.

Cathleen was born on July 24, 1952 in Camden, NJ. She was the youngest daughter of Kennard Norman Hubbard and Cordelia Martin Hubbard. She graduated from Faith Tabernacle School and then attended Steelman Business School which was in Camden, NJ. After finishing the course at the business school, she began working at Faith Tabernacle School teaching shorthand and typing to high school in February 1971. Eventually she was switched to elementary which she loved. She taught 3rd grade for a time then 1st grade. She became the Elementary Principal in 1996 until leaving in 2013 after 40 years of service.

Cathleen loved teaching, chatting with friends and family, spending time with her nieces, nephews and cousins, traveling, enjoyed good cuisine and popcorn.

Norman J. Ehinger

Norman J. Ehinger of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019 after a brief illness at the age of 92.

Beloved husband of the late Mary H. Ehinger (nee Hantzmon). Devoted father of Richard " Scott " Ehinger (the late Regina), Lisa Santiago (Robert), Anita Gibson (Mark) and "Adopted Father" of Lillian Budd. Loving Pop of Katie, Lauren (James), Alex, Emily, Sam, Brian and Alyssa. Dear brother of Janice Shelton.

Services and Interment will be held at a later date in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
