Cathleen C. Hubbard

Cathleen Cordelia Hubbard, 66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at her Philadelphia home surrounded by her loving family.

Cathleen was born on July 24, 1952 in Camden, NJ. She was the youngest daughter of Kennard Norman Hubbard and Cordelia Martin Hubbard. She graduated from Faith Tabernacle School and then attended Steelman Business School which was in Camden, NJ. After finishing the course at the business school, she began working at Faith Tabernacle School teaching shorthand and typing to high school in February 1971. Eventually she was switched to elementary which she loved. She taught 3rd grade for a time then 1st grade. She became the Elementary Principal in 1996 until leaving in 2013 after 40 years of service.

Cathleen loved teaching, chatting with friends and family, spending time with her nieces, nephews and cousins, traveling, enjoyed good cuisine and popcorn.

Norman J. Ehinger

Norman J. Ehinger of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019 after a brief illness at the age of 92.

Beloved husband of the late Mary H. Ehinger (nee Hantzmon). Devoted father of Richard " Scott " Ehinger (the late Regina), Lisa Santiago (Robert), Anita Gibson (Mark) and "Adopted Father" of Lillian Budd. Loving Pop of Katie, Lauren (James), Alex, Emily, Sam, Brian and Alyssa. Dear brother of Janice Shelton.

Services and Interment will be held at a later date in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

of Northeast Philadelphia, formerly of Feltonville, passed away on Friday July 5,2019 at Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 82.

Beloved wife of the late John H. Kilbride. Devoted and loving mother of Regina Pease (Christopher), Geraldine Gawronski (Raymond), John Kilbride (Janet) and the late Maryann Kilbride. Cherished Ebbie of Jackie (Chris), CJ, Eleni (Ed), Melina, Niko, Rachel, Raymond, Jessica, Jayna and Julia. Great grandmother of Owen and Jack. Dear sister of Bill Brower (Michele), Nancy Teesdale, and the late Dottie Picuri.

Vicente Duvivier

Vicente Duvivier, 82, of Philadelphia, passed away on June 30, 2019 surrounded by family.

Funeral services will be held 7:00pm-9:00pm, Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at John F. Fluehr & Sons, 3301 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19149.  A second viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 10:30am-12:00pm. Burial will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

Vicente was born in San German, PR, to Eulalia Bermudez and Vicente Duvivier on February 5, 1937. He married Anna Woerner on February 24, 1968 in Philadelphia. Married for 51 years, they shared many wonderful memories. He graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. He worked as a Social Worker for the City of Philadelphia for over 25 years. He is a proud Veteran and served in the Army.

Sr. Therese M. McFadden, S.S.J.

Sr. Therese M. McFadden, S.S.J. of Northeast Philadelphia passed away suddenly at her residence on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the age of 77.

Beloved daughter of the late James E. and the late Rachel M. McFadden (nee Henhaffer) Devoted sister of Joan Melnichuk (Joseph), Joseph McFadden (Pat), the late James McFadden (Jean) and the late Edward McFadden (Pat). Also survived by her nieces and nephew.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Viewing and Funeral Tuesday July 9, 2019 9:00 AM at St. Jerome Church (Holme Ave & Stamford St. Philadelphia PA 19136) followed by her Funeral Mass 10:00 AM.

Maria Stelluto (nee Cioccio), on June 29, 2019 at the age of 96.

Maureen R. Fluehr, (Loesch) formerly of Philadelphia PA passed away Wednesday June 26, 2019 at Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville Hospital after a short illness at the age of 70.

Beloved wife of the late Lawrence F. Fluehr. Devoted mother of Raymond Spera. Loving grandmom of Dalancey Carey Spera, Raymond Spera Jr. & Ryan Patrick Spera. Dear sister of John Loesch, Nancy Donahue, Martin Loesch and Nicholas Loesch. Maureen and her late husband Larry owned and operated Flagship Charters on the Delaware River for over 30 years.
