Suzanne M. Knapp, was a beloved member of Holy Innocent's Parish, Resurrection Parish, and the Sisters of Mercy, was called home to the Lord. A devoted educator for more than five decades, Suzanne touched countless lives with her unwavering commitment to service, learning, and compassion.
 
Suzanne lived a life marked by selflessness, love, and kindness. A proud graduate of Little Flower High School and Gwynedd Mercy University, she devoted her life to inspiring others, not only through teaching but also through her faith and gentle spirit.
 
Beloved daughter of the late Robert C. Sr. and Suzanne M. Knapp.
Suzanne was predeceased by her cherished brothers, Robert C. Knapp Jr. and Raymond J. Knapp. She is survived by her loving brother, John R. Knapp, as well as many nieces and nephews, and cousins who were blessed by Suzanne’s steady presence and generous heart. The family takes comfort in knowing Suzanne’s spirit lives on in those she taught and loved so deeply.
 
Known for her kindness and generosity, Suzanne’s life was a living testimony to faith in action. Even in moments of leisure, her unique charm and sense of humor shined through—whether in classrooms, families and friends homes, caring for her beloved animals (Fluffy, Missy, and Pepper), or quietly rooting for her favorite team at home, the Dallas Cowboys, a truly unexpected detail, she brought smiles and laughter to everyone.
 
As we grieve the loss of Suzanne, we give thanks to God for the gift of her life. Her legacy as a teacher, friend, parent, and devout servant continues to guide and uplift all who knew her. May her soul rest in the eternal peace and joy of the Lord she served so faithfully.
 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Suzanne's Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 9th at 10:00AM, located at Resurrection of Lord Catholic Church 2000 Shelmire Ave. Phila. PA. Where a viewing will be held from 9AM-10AM. Interment will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
