Ashley attended Academy Park High School in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania and later enrolled in Empire Beauty School where she completed their Cosmetology Program.
Ashley was the youngest of five children and is preceded in death by her father, Richard Worrell and Grandmother Florence Worrell. She is survived by her Mother Margaret Worrell, Grandparents, Charles and Joan Raech, her four siblings, Richard, Ryan (Jessica), Steven (Stephanie), Amber (Aaron), her Nieces, Ava Jones, Olivia Worrell, her Nephews, Liam Worrell, Owen Worrell, and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Ashley will be remembered for her caring and compassionate nature and the love and affection she showed her family, friends, and those who knew her. She cherished the time she spent with her nieces (Olivia and Ava) and nephews (Liam and Owen).
Ashley’s kind and caring spirit was always evident. She was the type of person who would help anyone, regardless of their ability to reciprocate. She had the natural ability to make people feel special, valued and appreciated. You could always count on an early morning group-text message from Ashley on holidays or other special occasions sent to her siblings and mother.
Ashley never lost her compassionate ways even while fighting her own demons. Sadly, after a long and courageous battle with depression her pain became overwhelming. Though her death was sudden and unexpected Ashley’s final and most significant contribution will enable her spirit to live on in the many lives she will touch through Organ and Tissue Donation.
