John J. Burkholder, Sr., of Northeast Philadelphia passed away suddenly at his residence on May 19, 2019 at the age of 78.
Beloved husband of Maryann Burkholder (nee Atwood). Devoted father of Mary Beth Ciarlante (the late James), Bonnie Ann Burkholder, John Burkholder Jr. (Maria) and Margaret Hrubar (Robert). Pop Pop to his 10 grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Janice Crager (the late Richard); also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Relatives, Friends, members of the Holmesburg Fish & Game and the Pennsylvania Game Commission are invited to attend his Memorial Gathering Friday May 31, 2019 9:00 AM at St. Bernard Church (Cottage St. & Bleigh Ave., Philadelphia PA 19136) followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 AM.
