Regina L. Walsh “Jean” of Mayfair passed away on May 14, 2019 at the Immaculate Mary Home after a brief illness at the age of 81.
Beloved wife of the late Patrick J. Walsh "Jim" Devoted mother of Colleen Carlin, Jeanie April (Frank) and Jim Walsh. Loving Mom Mom of Chalie, Kelly, Jessica, Lindsay, Patrick and Amanda. Great grandmother of Justin and James. Also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her Viewing and Funeral Saturday May 18th 9:15 – 10:15 AM at St. Matthew (Upper) Church 3000 Cottman Ave., Philadelphia PA Funeral Mass 10:30 AM.
